By uploading/emailing his/her Image and review for listing, the user is warranting that he/she owns all proprietary rights, including copyright, for both the image and review.

The user hereby grants Picnic Publishing ltd a non-exclusive license to post the Image and review on its web site and to deliver it to its audience, through different media channels.

The user agrees that Picnic Publishing ltd shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, an Image or review.
